Basketball is one of the most popular sports in the world and is perfect as a casual way to exercise: it is a fast-action game with lots of running and jumping, and provides a good physical workout.

You can shoot baskets by yourself, with friends or a friendly pick-up game, or get involved in training for competition.

Basketball at Oak St. Gym can be played year round at our indoor court.

  • Indoor Soccer

Futsal is the only form of indoor soccer endorsed by FIFA. Futsal is recognized around the world as the #1 way for players to become more skillful.

Futsal players perform better under pressure and are able to make in-the-game decisions quicker than their competitors that lack formal futsal training.

In futsal, players are constantly reminded to play the same quality control game that is required for success in the outdoor game.


Volleyball is a great hi-energy, zero body contact, mixed team sport you can play indoors and outdoors - whatever your ability!

As a sport, volleyball requires skill, fitness, strategic thinking and the desire to play as part of a team, but whatever level you play at, volleyball can enhance your life, improving fitness and coordination.

Tennis has long been one of the most popular sports played around the world. It’s competitive, fun and great exercise for everyone.

Whether you are prepping for the US Open or just like to volley for the fun of it, you’ll find a chance to play and practice indoor tennis at the Oak Street Gym.

Time with a tennis instructor is available upon request, based on availability. Or reserve a court for a private training session with your coach.

Ping Pong

Ping Pong or "table tennis" in competitive circles, is a fast-paced, fun game that’s played by millions of serious athletes worldwide.

You can sign-up to play with your friends or organize friendly group competitions and host them at Oak St. Gym.

Ping-Pong can be played as a leisure-time hobby or a high-energy sport that can also provide a boost to your exercise workout efforts while sharpening both your body and mind.


Badminton is the fastest racket sport on the planet. An Olympic sport since 1992, it is estimated to be played by over 1 million Americans, and 200 million people worldwide! Anyone of any age, can play. It’s great for exercise (health improvement), relieving stress, meeting new people and being competitive.

Badminton is lots of fun and players with even a moderate amount of skill can jump right in and enjoy not only the social aspects of team play but also the fantastic health benefits of a great cardiovascular workout.

Scrimmage games with your team, or friendly competition with others - You can do both at Oak Street Gym. Play a private game (whole court) or reserve a semi-private court time for coaching and practices. You can hone your skills and practice indoors in surroundings that fit your need.
